Yes. We are a registered home builder with the National Home Builders Registration Council, which is a requirement for new residential construction in South Africa.

Timelines depend on the size and scope of the project. Once we understand your requirements, we provide a realistic schedule as part of our quote, and keep you updated throughout construction.

Yes. In addition to new residential, commercial and industrial construction, we carry out renovations, extensions and alterations to existing structures.

In most cases we source and supply the required materials as part of the project quote. We can also discuss alternative arrangements during the quoting process if you prefer to supply certain materials yourself.

New home construction is covered under the applicable NHBRC warranty requirements. For other project types, warranty terms are confirmed in writing as part of your quote and contract.

Payment structures, including any deposit and progress payment schedule, are agreed in writing before work begins and set out clearly in your project quote.
